You decide the price of SGSI after merge
You should pull it high in low volume, not do like those days now
Own more shares and lock it(sell high in limit older), use cash to buy back at last 5 mins to pull it to $3.
Merge deal in 8-k:
they evalue their $15m(high wire) deal with the "high" price from 90 days average or the open price on back on Nsdaq. Why they did not ask for "low"?
First thank you for join in us for invest Hirewire network back to NSDAQ train. The traget for us to see price above $3 and even more after that. Current SGSI had $25 mil plus HW $18m revenue in pandmic. and whole SGSI employee will turn into profit overwatch security as a service " hot" cloud engineer, there are total 256. HW confidence it will sucess after list on NSDAQ. since it will be star of NSDAQ:
1. it has AI in trodation technology.
2. It sell Security as a service throught parten channel in 180 contries.
3. It has 256 technology w2 full time emplyee and has more part time contract which business cover 180 countries, go public will push their busyness as rokt, people truct public company more then a nobody.
4 It had data center for Overwatch cross the world.
It will be good story in NSDAQ, so as long as we can rebuild this shell's value. in a year again this shell woth at $10, then it drop $0.03. Look those trade valum, they guys who load in low has not too much, majority share holders under deep water, it pass 1:200,1:300 split, so the total valume is low only at 10m (yahoo), 13m (other souce). and during the merge they cannot issue new shares, load new debt. All does this help confidense you.
But that is not enought, everybody need team up to walk HW to achieve it goal. we want to make profit, we also need take risk control. In my word, play day trade of your part cash is our risk control. This money shold operat like this, sell in the middle buy back in last 5 mins. But you can slect which ever price and time to do it base on your time, sell in low is good it low value give bottom guy to jump in. sell to high is good you coll the hot staff a little to avoid shorts jump and dump to harm us, but your must sell, since you need cash to protact your long position. maybe for stupid reason to sleep well or let your wife don't complain your so much when she can check you portfilo. You invest to buy back in last 5 mins, and this is good signal for public, they will not scared and soon or late will join in us. And this effort will help to walk SGSI high till it to $3 to achieve our goal. since every day we can close a little high to achieve $3. This may be no good for HW employee, but it is their reward to us, they evalue their $15 deal with the "high" price. Why they did not ask for "low", because they know our value is far under value, they need give profit to rebuild invest confidantion! This will help them success in back to NSDAQ and help them grow up in the feature. ownset to say, This is the point attractive me, suddenly or nagtive are all gone, I jump in hurry, even I am not in the begining. but I still fill I am lucky. SGSI and HW do have plane to back to NSDAQ, just now not so much people aware it, I just luckly to get it.

Why I do huge buy old in market price, I just get in before the MM take the dump profit, If your check the chart your will understand what I mean. So remember no the penny profit are import to you, let SGSI/HW train runing fast and smothly to reach $3 back to NSDAQ is inportent. Show your contribute for it to our team!
But I don't do so much DD, when I find yesterday's trade pattern, I recongnaze there are some issue in SGSI small lons, I join in back iHub where I found the issue in this message board, people keep question about the fact of the company, they are in question, but not in trust mood. This may be hurt deeply but 1:200,1:300 split. but you should look forward, Leadership will trasfer from SGSI to HW, and at the end they do a good job. I think those guys are great mean but not good in business, all the deal benfit is only SGSI shares holders and SGSI employee, not the managment, the retire with nothing!
All trade in/out are free, why we need did this, since in this board we also has shorts and some outside train don't like pay high ticket try to stop our train, they try to buy in low to make profit. Everybody has his opion for how HW evalued, buy low sell high is No 1 rule, but alot of people do sell in low try to scare us to control the market. you need do the same, no matter lose or gain you must buy back in last 5 mins. People can open discuss your finding and experience. with shorts, we are actual profit in the day trade active:
For example: last time I sold 10k in 0.41 for 4100 even low then my order price, I need recognaze nobody can time the market, join in early will easy to load more shares but it also could spike a little more, my experence 10%~20% is safe 50%~60% is dangaus, but yesterday I buy back at 0.385, My total positions are lose, but my day trade is gain. And the day trade active is the poweful tools to walk SGSI to $3. for a long run, if your hold your 8500 shares at the end, your only have 8500 shares, but if your play day trade game, in loose day, you gain more shars in low price, in winner day, your make profit, This also give your chance to buy more shares if any risk event happened. since your will alwys keep buy low and selling high. All of the team do the same we walk SGSI to $3.
