PSRU news: VALIANT EAGLE INC.(OTC:PSRU) ENTERS INTO A JOINT VENTURE WITH JIGGA TV INC.

Valiant Eagle Inc. is pleased to announce that it has entered into a joint venture agreement with Jigga TV Inc., a unique content creator.



The purpose of this agreement is so that Jigga TV will provide digital promotional and marketing services. In return, Valiant Eagle will provide outlets and platforms for the benefit of Jigga TV and its clients.



Jigga TV has apps allowing for Android and IOS viewers to watch and stream their content. Jigga releases 5-10 reaction videos per week on its platforms. These videos contain comedians, artists, and regular people displaying their honest reactions while watching different media content pieces. Reaction videos have become a significant part of the way younger generations interact with media content. Jigga plans on using these reaction videos, amongst other content, as a part of their marketing plan for Valiant Eagle.



Jigga TV believes that it will expand Valiant Eagles viewership by providing them with a larger platform amongst the 18-35 age demographic.

Valiant Eagle will also provide Jigga TV the ability to expand its brand, allowing them to enter outside

niche markets by giving its viewers information and programming on many different topics.



Jigga will also receive its own Jigga TV Channel from this joint venture. The Channel will feature a wide variety of artists perfecting and performing their craft, allowing viewers to experience this metamorphosis.
