HD - I was thinking something like:

A)
If both in tier 3:
V: $160 or $10 after coupon
gV: $160

B)
If V tier 2 & gV tier 1:
V: $50 or $10 after coupon
gV: $10

In A, anyone who could use coupon would not get gV.

In B, Amarin may be in trouble, unless API restrains.

I don't know if generics could / would the coupon.

Numbers are totally made up.
