I am starting to feel that everyone knows that what was announced by the monitor and courts is true and nothing more is coming to former BioAmber shareholders but they are getting a kick out of the back and forth. That is the only explanation that makes sense at this point. With all the actual facts that show that BioAmber is long gone, the lawyers letter basically saying go away it’s over and LCYB has the plant up and running there is no way any logical person could think more is coming.
