I think it may be coming down to price per share, pure and simple.

One thing I recall is the CRL-Cognate Merger Agreement has a long stop date to close into May (?), even though the CEO had mentioned a March closing in his prior conference call with investors. Makes me wonder if the timing of Cognate close is somehow connected to the timing of an agreement between Merck and NWBO?

Advent is small potatoes, in my humble opinion.
