I don’t think it will get that far, they may in fact go bankrupt but I think it would be a result of covering. I think at the end of the day they will be forced to cover and worst case insurance would be forced to settle, assuming they are insured which there again I assume they have to be. At the end of the day I feel we are golden, but time will tell.
