Well that's a very good question that I even had to ask myself because as far as I know a reverse split in itself in no way creates more working capital BUT I did a simple Google search and learned something new and you can read it below. This at least gave me some assurance that we weren't being fed a bunch of B.S. But apart from that here's a fact. This year at the Federal level at the very worst, marijuana will be decriminalized and at the very best it will be legalized. If that happens then we can definitely expect both GCGX's to merge as there will no longer be any need for the "Chinese fire wall." Those that have been here awhile no exactly what I'm talking about. I've been here since the SP was at 0.06 and with good news on the horizon there's no way that I'm bailing out now. GLTA
