Let's break down this 2019 10-K, page F-28, excerpt to highlight key points... to help some comprehend and grasp the full meaning of this huge Project that $PHIL is sponsoring and developing (Henry mentioned this project at the end of his CC, if you listened attentively). Try to see $PHIL's revenue potential in this massive project.

Excerpt:
"However, a better opportunity arose with the start of construction of the new international airport in Long Thanh District, Dong Nai Province near Ho Chi Minh City in Southern Vietnam."

Me: Link above proves this project is underway.

"In December 2020, the Vietnamese central government designated 1,200 hectares of land in Bau Can village, Long Thanh District, Dong Nai Province as a new industrial zone."

Me: The International Airport project will be in the same district with the Long Thanh Multi-Commodities Logistics Center which houses the Asia Diamond Exchange.

"We have applied for 600 hectares close to the Long Thanh International Airport to develop Long Thanh Multi-Commodities Logistics Center (LMLC) which will house the Asia Diamond Exchange, the proposed International Financial Center and an Urban Area, among other things."

Me: Henry tells us in the CC, that this will be the "New Growth Market" for the next 20 - 30 years. He states the company is sponsoring/developing these Initiatives. The Asia Diamond Exchange will have a Rough Diamond facility and a Polish Diamond facility for their customers. This will be the only HUB in Asia for all kinds of commodities. Henry will model this hub after the Dubai's commodities hub.

For those that still don't get where $PHIL is going with this... all I can say... do a lot of DD till it sinks in till you see the light!
