OS increased to 156m since Jan4th, there is much more float left to be dumped plus OS will keep going up. Learn to read the chart since the 1st spike back in October when they first started to pump shares, the steady decline happens in the lowvolume days as more shares needed to go and not enough buying interest to gobble the shares.
