Thanks Art, with BIEL heading toward profits for the first time maybe a deal can be negotiated to avoid the Conversion. And due to the large amount of NOLs BIEL has accumulated most of those Profits will avoid Uncle Sam for the next several years.

In any case the manner in which IBEX and St John's have treated the Loans to date, with numerous Rollovers and Forgoing Interest, shows me that they have placed BIEL's well being high on their list.
