Good question. But, MACD is turning up (albeit slightly) and full stoch is in the lower half pointing straight upward. I like what these indicators are showing at this point. More telling to me is that this is a classic bull flag w/ higher relative volume than before the February move. Chart reflects sentiment toward the company's fundamentals. This is, IMO, nearly a perfect technical setup.
