Here's my reaction.

Looks like Dial is still in, though I thought a condition of their sentencing was that could never again be involved in the stock market.
If the Jarvises are still in---a MAJOR Watch Out! IMO, Nick Jaarvis was worse than Dial.

An SEC investigator, that contacted me, said the GFCI was the best disguised scam he'd ever seen. His name is Jim Valentine.
