DCUT CEO Raj Kalra, telling shareholders who call that they (dicut) are currently addressing a "naked shorting" campaign against their company (presumably by some of the principals of Nexus/Acsys, where Kalra used to be a group president). You can call him here 770-795-9955 to verify for yourself.

I'm always a bit leery when this excuse is given, but who knows, there may be something to it in this case... and in light of the SEC meeting yesterday, perhaps something will come of their efforts to "address" it....
