Seeing as how there’s only two sanctions available for delinquent filers?

It’s a 50-50 shot!

And since the brief itself says Enforcement is going for the revocation side of the argument ?

It’s as good a bet as any!

We KNOW DBMM hasn’t been sanctioned for breaking the filing statutes!

Why SHOULD they not be punished for intentionally doing so??

The short answer is - they SHOULD be punished.
