Henry is actually playing it smart. He will likely wait to file until late on Thursday, which will allow him to use the call to go over the details in order to explain things to people that they will not understand just reading it on their own.

Think about how complex it must be. Who will know how to make heads or tails out of things without it being interpreted for them? Nobody.

Wouldn't surprise me to see a filing in the last 30 minutes, or even right after market closes. That way, Henry can walk everyone through it at the same time.
