That is true...there are stocks that are over $5-10 and still has OTC status...not sure if QB or QX or just Pink...but to be listed on NASDAQ you have to have shares at min $4 for 3 month or something.....not sure how Mr. Yan saying he is current with SEC...but will not file current and go directly to NASDAQ if he already has a company...unless he merge's with another company and does a SPAC....any idea?
