It would not "go to $1-$5 on NASDAQ automatically" it will stay on the OTC. There is a lot more to uplisting than doing an R/S. There are OTC stocks in the dollar ranges. You really should search this board for information about trading....knowledge is power,right now you are just basically gambling.

If there was a way out of this I would have found it by now!
