I went out for a bit and apparently I missed a few things.

First, it appears my fan club increased by 1. That's great to see. All are welcome to the team, but the team may not welcome all........

Next, I blew it. Should NEVER have stated I believed the filing would happen 100% by today. I know better then to commit to something I have ZERO control over, and I should have said 99% from the start. I apologize for that. Since some want me to be prosecuted for being wrong, that's fine, I'll accept my jail time and won't appeal.

It should be stated that Henry has until 10:00pm to file, and still have it count with today's date. That being said, I don't think it will happen by 10:00pm tonight.

It should also be stated that I have been, if nothing else, a voice of reason and have encouraged reasonable expectations. Those who say I've been at the forefront of pumping and setting unrealistic expectations, are simply not being accurate.

In terms of the number of times I have been correct about when things would happen, and they did, I'm happy to put my record up against anybody, so step right up.

Now, as far as the filing goes, it is my firm belief Henry wouldn't have scheduled the call if he didn't think he would file before it. Clearly, it will be a disaster for him to get on the call to announce there will be no call. Think about it. Common sense and business sense indicates he must have believed, as of Tuesday when he tweeted the CC info, that the filing would be done before the call.

So, my money is still on the filing happening before the call.

If not, I will want the same answers as everyone else, to the question of, Henry, WTF is going on?

We are either within 24 hours of wonderful events, or within 24 hours of extreme disappointment. This, I am 100% sure of.
