Hi Spilt T, I have no issues on sending any question, concerns I have to COOP managers or BOD's I am sure they hate my emails as many of my question and concerns border what I consider Breach of Fiduciary Duties, and out right insider trading.

Along with my emails I have also written many letters to all BOD's voicing my feeling and I'm sure they hate the fact of seeing SEC & FINRA CC. Their response from their legal counsel was short - just stating they have reviewed my concerns and they lack merit and asked me kindly to refrain from any further emails.

One question I presented to the BOD's was asking what trading walls are in place to prevent acts of insider trading which I feel has been going on big time.
