Your Guru dumped all the plays which were at high risk of being suspended stopped posting to those boards and is still exiting others. Don't think for a second that there isn't communication between Market Makers, Gurus and the SEC, one hand washes the other on many levels and info leaks to those who are in a position to receive that info. We all know that about the most honest thing that has happened in the corrupt since inception trading markets is the opportunity for everyday traders to actually profit but what has happened recently is a return to the old ways of taking control back from trading groups and the everyday traders ability to profit along with those plays.
Only invest in otc plays which have legit filings. There are still many otc scams out there which have used fake twitter accounts, fake prs, etc. on top of not being up to date on filings and are never going to be no matter what you read by an anonymous poster which have not been suspended and are trading at levels 1000%-2000% above their actual value and those holding these plays to these levels without the opportunity for continued gains in the share price will gladly take the opportunity to reduce their holdings in a controlled manner while you read posts of what a great buy you just made. Remember most of these positions began at .0001 in total shares held from 10 million to 100 million in some cases. They have been riding free shares for months with $50k, $100k in profits or greater on top of that. But! Once they have done so there will be no price low enough to sell into and absolutely no reason for the PPS to rise again. They have nothin to lose by selling lower! Their profits are made they are just exiting the last of their positions with as much as possible in continued gains. Unless you are somehow privy to knowledge that others are not? Which technically you shouldn't be. Do not hold long in any otc plays which have questionable standing! And do not, I repeat "DO NOT" ever hold one of those plays as a long term investment! Never hold them through a Thursday close! You could very well wake to find them suspended on Friday morning!
