be careful gents check the post i am replying to. Essentially unless a bunch of suckers like myself or happy bag holders want to buy up a ton of outstanding shares and help this company raise a large amount of capital this play is dead in the water. additionally they are keenly aware of being out of date with various administrative needs and even seem to have let some of their leases lapse.

on the bright side, the guy acknowledges his shortcomings and sees what he needs to address which is a welcomed change here in subpenny scam land. of course this alone, isn't positive as it does nothing BUT the chances of this being a 100% pump and dumb scam are slightly lower as he isn't hyping up his garbage company. it could still be a scam and even if it isn't if this guy doesn't get his shit together the sec might just step in and add FNRCs ass to the halted pile
