"It would be possible - with a lot of capital. We have expired leases, no transfer agent, no listing agreement and accounting to catch up.

I’m not sure any of these can be overcome much less all of them"

Is this a possible avenue for 1st NRG, and do you think there is any

This info has been known for some time, what I found interesting was the fact that he finds it possible.
Capital has been the issue for some time IMO
