To whom it may concern. The 2007 arrest page that MT keeps posting is a non issue. I own several Production Camera Trucks, and several "Crew Vehicles" that we transport camera men and others in our TV Productions crews. Now, in 2007, in Dallas area, they still charged and arrested people IF their Vehicles "GOT Behind" in TOLL payments. I had several trucks, and when I changed banks, 2 of the FORD Excursions' TOLL Tags were still on the cancelled credit cards, so they accrued a few grand in TOLL FEES$$$... At that time we missed the invoices, because those TV trucks were registered to my studio in Irving, the others were in Dallas studio, where I worked out of. So, i was arrested for 2 hours, I paid the fine, released, nothing was criminal, just a traffic ticket. Since then, Texas "outlawed" the TOLL authority to issue arrest warrants, because they were a private company and had no legal power to issue arrests. So, I still don't have ANY... NONE...criminal records...that you van verify with the FEDS and TX records.
