Didn't see the filings on what your claiming, I just seen sfor filings on issuing more convertible debt, and "preferred shares". I guess the forgot to file that with the SEC?


Don' get mad at me for pointing out it isn't usable on the market yet, call Mark Kay and let him know that THEIR website says it's still in the BETA phase......
