I agree with X, if i am selling 130K because i want to GET RID of my holdings i would not put them just above the bid price, this is placed there for show and tell and some people are falling for it. Hold your shares tight, add more if you can (not more than you can afford to lose) longs, shorts, pumpers and bashers know that what is missing here is one signed contract .... It might come sooner had we think, it might get delayed and it may never come. After more ethan ten years here i am already ready to live with any of the above outcomes (of course hoping for a contract ASAP LOL)
