So has it really been 13 THIRTEEN days already...wow ...time does fly when you're having fun. And constant 25/8 posting here to allow us all to see that the interest in this dead and buried stock is intense. Wow...let's all just relax and figure out what you'll say to your kids the day the actual transition to PINK is announced. My SIL retired last year...so it's only the daughter who will get the call to come on home Honey...Mama has hit the lottery. NO brief 13 days later...Still NO Brief filed by SEC Commission "ORDERED, pursuant to Rule of Practice 450(a), that the Division of Enforcement shall file a brief in support of the petition for review by February 24, 2021(DELAY IS GONE !!!!);...Pursuant to Rule of Practice 180(c), failure to file a brief in support of the petition may result in dismissal of this review proceeding."
It's an evidence that SEC chose the best path to preserve their image and gave up : $DBMM case is dismissed tacitely as of today !
