One is it goes to zero (loses the intel case); the other is that it wins the intel case;
If it does what is the right reward for buying into a stock that has a very good chance of being
worthless (the management certainly is worthless.) I would say a 10 to 15 bagger, at least.
that means 40 to 80 cents per share.
Since there are about 625 million shares o/s fully converted, the value would at 40 cents would be about 250 million and at 60 cents abut 375 million.
That means that HDC would have to win a judgment of about 500 to 600 million (it needs to pay the lawyers a BIG contingency fee). I DO NOT believe this is a likely outcome-----way to much money in a suit that probably would get settled,
I think the correct value for HDC today is about 1 cent ---SO I AM A SELLER.
