MMs aren't stupid when-a Company like MJLB retires 100Mil shares and eliminates 2/3 of their convertible debt and locks up the rest, they know this will move on AIR when the time comes, they are gonna try & keep a lid on it til then..MMs are accumulating Inventory for the coming Blast...IMO anyways
