So I see what you're saying about the settlement. But HC would have to retire 200B+ shares from the OS to reach .20 with a 4B settlement, a settlement of 4B and 300B OS without a retirement of shares we are talking .01 at 194B OS we are talking .02....

I'm all for making money but let's be honest. Too many thing would have to happen for .20.... im having a hard time seeing that as a possibility.
