I think when the time is right they will retire some of the OS. I’m actually 75% expecting HC to answer Monday with agreement to dismiss because a settlement is already reached. I have done DD on what PM is doing as well and there are a lot of things that point in that direction. Retiring that entire share block gives them the shares to settle with hc at about 4b dollars, which at this OS I think pits this at .25-.40.
