Is the UCH decision a positive or negative event for amarin in your eyes?

I think it is too early (at least for me) to make a final conclusion. It looks like as a positive: .

1 Step therapy or prior authorization may be required prior to coverage

I do not think that a excluded drug requires PA.

Furthermore - as I know / see - gV (icosapent ethyl) is not listed in any form (meanwhile gL is listed) ... it suggests: gV - if any - will be 100% out of pocket (no coverage) at UCH.
