Wouldn't that depend on how a doctor wrote the scrip? Even if tg is greater than 500 if the scrip is written for cvd then the patient would receive Vascepa.

I don't think so, based on UHC's new rules. They strictly define V's eligibility by 150-500 & other Reduce-it / Label risk factors.

Again, for now, this is a very good problem to have.
