Facts are not a semantic argument. If someone wants to believe that the 122 million shares are not going to find their way into the open market that is fine

But the facts we do know of the financing agreement and that note very strongly suggest otherwise ...and we know 28,000,000 shares already has at least.

Hope is not a great strategy in the OTC.
