Shorting goes by percentages.

I see what you are saying but I know for a fact shorting at this level exists.

Some twenty years ago I short traded using a margin account.

In the OTC shorts move in around the . 80- .90 cent range. That is where/why so many runs from sub pennies top out.

Shorts have Game Stop, Nokia, Blackberry, AMC...fresh in their memory and have become cautious as the power of social media is a formidable adversary.
