Rule of Practice 180(c) is FOR EVERYONE including SEC.
Rule of Practice 180(c), failure to file a brief in support of the petition may result in dismissal of this review proceeding.
MEANS IF SEC DON'T FILE, OIP WILL BE DISMISSED.
Where does it says Rule of Practice 180(c) is NOT for SEC?
