Market correction. Everyone says it will happen sooner than later. I worked in Real Estate for the last 10 years. Usually real estate market fluctuations happen every 7 years. That 7 year mark was passed a few years ago and the housing market is still strong. Cant speak for commercial market.

With that being said. Lots of people are saying we need to have a market correction, it has been too long, it is inevitable. I see this as the same scenario in real estate. The markets are very different from what they were 10 years ago. hell even 4 years ago. We are in a new era, we might not see the correction and create a new economic floor.

I don't know maybe I am way off base here. But, things only happen if you say its going to happen and plant that seed. Lets have these new highs be the new floor to the USA Markets. No one is thinking that way. Only thinking we are going to have a correction.
