I remember JDMC and the associated pain-in-the-ass with my Tradeking broker (now AllyInvest). Thanks to Steve (once again) for providing contact info for Finra. I got them involved. As a result... eventually, Tradeking allowed me to sell the shares. How gracious of them.
I still have the Finra response letter snail-mailed to me.
