This is why I quit playing these round-up plays. My last one resulted in me filing an official complaint with the SEC against (what was) Scottrade. Thankfully, I kept records (dates, times, and names) of everyone I talked to- laid it out in a time-line and sent it to the SEC with a CC to Scottrade compliance dept and corporate headquarters.

I prevailed but that was like 15-20 years ago...
