That's how it's done. I originally bought my first shares of TSOI under a penny, when it ran up, I sold some and now put some of the original profits back in around .05 because it is going to run. I buy the ASK, because you never know when it will take off because you just bought out the resistance point. Sometimes Etrade will get the bid for you, when you are after the ASk, that is when you know it is being manipulated. Wait on sidelines for the original ASK to drop and buy the next one. I've missed many, but sometimes it works out where the pps drops back down and you still get the shares. Many stocks on OTC today were hauling Arse uphill, it was Awesome, because I own some of them.
