My impression of the market’s reaction to this news:

I own a great deal of freebies here so it doesn’t behoove me to say this BUT:

Are you kidding me, another OTC pink POS promising to get current!?

"Buying back" a technology it couldn’t commercialize in the first place!?

Pumpers taking a big dump in your mouth on this foolish and obvious pump.

This "NEWS" rocketing the share price, oh ya, to 50% of its 52-week high?

To the young and the new be very careful. This is not an investment it is a gamble. I am here (gambling on HVCW) only because I seek pure risk. What I wont do is pump and steal money from children, the elderly and the uninformed.

Most likely you will lose most or all of your investment down here in the pinks – and on this stock.

These posters saying HUGE NEWS are dumping their shares into your false sense of impending fortune that THEY and a corrupt or incompetent management have created.

It is a game of liars poker and these people of limited worth and character will steal millions of your hard earned money.
