website is down because it is being changed to MAGFLY, the merger has been completed and signed off on, website is getting new address and design. PR will be released tues AM at 6:30.
new cusip already applied for and symbol, to be changed in very near future, about a week. Business plan will be made available to public. moving to big board by end of 2nd quarter.
