so this offering here reminds me that a few weeks a go I was ready to buy into SND*L I did some DD on it and it had been moving pretty good. So I was buying in and that morning premarket SP fell 30% because of a offering that started that day. I had missed that info and backed out. it created a huge spike in SP but more importantly gave the company tremendous amount of capital. I will be honest and say that I did not fully understand how that all worked. maybe some here might take a quick look. If something like this could be in our future and how positive it could be. I know Mr. Duffy is growing this into a highly profitable global company. This kind of capital without debt is what you need and could bring that about much quicker.I missed that one but can't wait for ours. IMO GLTA
