I'm not a lawyer either and I know the Supreme Court takes up fewer than 1 percent of cases thrown its way. But I also think the legal briefs filed so far cry out that a wrong was committed and that Americans suffering from heart disease and diabetes will be the victims when so many medical professionals never get properly educated about Vascepa and thus never prescribe it. The amicus filed today makes that clear.

I've always been somewhat amazed how the courts, however slowly, generally right wrongs. And this one, in particular, is a Du-zy. I really hope the Supremes see it.
