My Educated Guess Is The Following

1). Relative to HIV:

My guess would be Gilead Sciences for reason they dominate the HIV world market having three (3) of the top four (4) best-selling HIV drugs available.

2). Relative to Covid-19:

My guess would be Pfizer for reason they have the deepest pockets with a massive global reach and could easily bring our company's biopharmaceuticas to market much faster than any other company IMO and they would likely be willing to write a check for any amount to license out our patents, however I discern ENZC's CEO would prefer licensing out our patents to multiple BigPharmas and pull royalties from all of them for years to come and they handle all the marketing and commercialization.
