Valuation of a win takes into consideration the value of all other infringers that will have to pay licensing fees (perhaps for pat infringement for past infringement but certainty future licensing)
A win = conservativly 1.5B
Other infringers = 1-2B nationally

What's most important is to find out who is our expert & what method of valuation ( that the court could recognise as (FAIR & REASONABLE)is being applied
