Doubt it.

I've always known Mr. Sawyer to respond to investors, so for him not to respond to you is out of the ordinary. Then there's the update with his LinkedIn page this week. I was surprised to see that.

Perhaps an agreement was made between parties, that for some reason, has not been made public yet. Parties may have signed non-disclosures too. Still, nothing official reported.

I wouldn't worry about the lawsuit anymore, for reasons I've already touched on. I sense something may be announced soon.
