timing the market is so difficult, but would have been great to trigger it at 2.8. hindsight is 20/20. perhaps there was a thought that this announcement would create an opportunity, or maybe there is another event they are thinking of coming up. if its announced before the financials, they must expect the financials to not be well received. I would think anything below 3M revenue for the quarter puts this back to the 1-1.2 channel where this sat for a while.
