MaxzMillionz- I was going to privately reply but I don't have a premium account. I appreciate your thoughtful and respectful reply, and you make a some good points that I certainly agree with.

I don't think management was being remotely dishonest or nefarious with the REE PR, and I also think it's good that they are looking into the possibility of REE production as it would be irresponsible not to. However, I still disagree with the timing of the message as it could lead to a negative perception of why it was released. It admittedly did for me, a bit. I also think it would have been better utilized after financing was announced.

I also found Boilermaker's comparison to be very interesting and thought provoking as well. Certainly a different lens to look through in regard to the PR.
