imo, if they announce actual signing of new leases...would be good.

Also, if they announce that they've indeed included FY21 audit in Wipfli's Scope of Work...w/ intention of filing by October 2021....would be good news.

and, imo, they should abandon Guelph for obvious reason. Would confirm RC has real cojones, some business sense, and is being transparent.

my preference would have been Toronto proper..DB leading the charge, time to put up or shut up wherever he goes..I'm anticipating a June opening, should know by end of 2021 if the numbers are there..
