we are in a mature market and now its interest rate sensitive.

usually markets did not like the 3% rate level

tnx at 1.54%

so interest rate sensitive
indices will struggle a bit

powells comment inflation may go to 2% has spooked the market

tnx (10 year rate HOD)

speech by powell is very negative and shows first sign of what
everyone already knows.
just check out the price of lumber
